First, there will be an unprecedented degree of lawsuits and legal wrangling over whose votes counted and whose did not. Professor Harris holds the Wallis Annenberg Chair in Journalism and Communication and is the founder and director of the Center for the Study of Journalism and Democracy at the University of Southern California Annenberg School for Communication.
